In the last year & a half, I have done the Keto Diet a couple of times. It helps to get me back on track with goals & practice self discipline. Some people think that Keto is simple, but that is not the case for me. I have to work really hard to keep on track. When I do Keto, I track everything I eat using myfitnesspal. I stay under 20 NET carbs a day. Net carbs are the total amount of carbs minus fiber. So to help anyone who wants some help developing a grocery list, here you go!
