GOALS FOR NOVEMBER
I wanted to use this platform to hold myself accountable. Goal setting has helped me at work, at home, physically, & mentally. I found that I personally like to set goals that are completely achievable, not necessarily simple but achievable. Some people prefer to push themselves to the limit, I’m not one of those people. I’m easily discouraged & I know that about myself so I set my goals based on that. Besides, they’re my goals anyway.
Let’s get into it…
SAVE! SAVE! SAVE! No frivolous spending until BLACK FRIDAY. Black Friday only used for Christmas gifts.
Post a minimum of 2 times a week
Lose 5 pounds…& keep it off after Thanksgiving :)
Drink 80 ounces of water a day. I started feeling incredibly sick towards the end of October & truly believe it’s because I wasn't drinking enough water.
Allow myself to have feelings & emotions that aren’t positive. Recently, I have pushed negative thoughts out of my head thinking that it’s wrong to feel that way. I realize that it’s okay to be angry that someone cut you off while driving or being disappointed that you aren’t having what you want for dinner. It’s about having those emotions, accepting that, & not holding onto them the whole day. I’m an excellent pouter when I want to be.
Eat only when I’m hungry & stop when I’m full.
Save $830 this month
Workout 4-5 days a week. EVEN if it’s just 15 minutes.
SPEND TIME WITH MY FAMILY!! Not just on Thanksgiving.
I’m soo excited! I’m not going to lie…I’m challenging myself a little bit with some of these goals but we can get it worked the eff out.
Definitely share your November goals with me in the comments, I’d love to know what’s up with you!
